Title I Staff

The School District of Milton’s Reading Department meets regularly to analyze student reading data, progress and growth; create professional development opportunities for staff members and monitor the universal, high quality reading instruction within the classroom and reading rooms. The Reading Department consists of highly qualified staff members, with the K-3 specialists certified in Reading Recovery.

Title I Programming

The K-3 Reading Department supports identified students through one-on-one and small group programming in Reading Tutorial, Reading Recovery, Level Literacy Lessons (LLI) and Literacy Lessons. The 4-6 Reading Department supports identified students through one-on-one and small group programming in Level Literacy Lessons (LLI) and additional reading support programming. The 7-8 Reading Department supports identified students through one-on-one and small group programming in Read 180.
