District Facility Use Information

Approved organizations and community members may use school facilities for their activities and special events.

Applications should be requested from the Building Principal except to use facilities at the High School, Central Park, or Schilberg Park.

To use the High School, Central Park or Schilberg Park please contact the MRec office at 608-868-9565 or email Lance Knudsen at kn******@***********wi.us. Requests must be in no later than 10 days prior to the proposed use date. Please call to verify dates before completing any paperwork. School facilities are very actively used by student groups, events and activities.

School groups will always have first priority over non-school use requests.

Groups using a school building on a continuing or regular basis may secure a Building Use Form for the necessary time they need it by contacting the Activities Office at 608-868-9565.

Rental Fees

Organizations will be assessed rental and facility use fees per the attached fee schedule.  All scheduling will be handled through the facility request system.  Prepayment is required for all facility use and subject to insurance requirements outlined for outside groups as indicated by our facility use guidelines.
