High School Speed Camp

MRec is offering an athletic speed camp open to any district resident in the high school age range of 14 years old -18 years old interested in working on their speed and agility to become a better all around athlete. MRec will be offering a speed camp on Monday/Wednesday mornings from 6am-7am at the high school main gym.

Details for the MRec speed camp are of the following:

Who: Any athlete who is in the age range of 14 years old-18 years old lives in the Milton School district boundaries.

What: Athletes that want to become faster and more flexible. We will work on different drills/movements to help athletes become better all around athletes.

Where: Sessions will be held at the Milton High School gym 1 (main gym)

When: Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6am-7am starting April 6th. We will run sessions from April 6th – June 1st (16 sessions in 9 weeks)

Cost: $50 to enter the MRec speed camp
