WANT SPORTS? IT’S EASY AS….

ONLINE SPORTS REGISTRATION

This new, easy to use online system is designed to help make it even easier for parents to sign up their student athlete for a sport or sports during the 2019-20 school year. Using this new system, you can register for all sports now for the entire school year! In 3 easy steps

2. Register your child with our online Activities Registration site
3. Fees are still paid through Skyward Family Access or cash/check at the MMS office.

***A Physical form should be completed every other school year. An easy way to remember this is to have it completed for a student’s 7th grade school year. Physician signature required. Information about whether your student-athlete needs to have their physical examination for participation is found below.
