Why are the Milton Red Hawks moving to digital tickets/passes?
A digital or mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets and athletic passes. It’s our effort to make your Milton Red Hawk experience the very best.

Can I still buy tickets with cash?

No, we will no longer be able to accept cash at the gate. The easiest and most efficient way to enter Red Hawk athletic events will be through the purchase of a season pass or digital ticket.
- Many conessions stands will still accept cash.

On-site personnel will be available at all events to assist in purchasing digital tickets/passes.
Do I have to download an app to my phone?
Yes. You may purchase your ticket on the webpage, but to redeem you ticket, you will need the app. Downloading “BOUND” on any Android or Apple device is the easiest and most convenient way to manage your tickets and passes

Can I use a screenshot of my ticket?
No. Screenshots DO NOT work for entry. You will need the actual mobile ticket on your mobile device. Tickets and passes are easily shared between people and their devices using the Bound app
Who can utilize my Family Pass?
In the past only immediate family members were granted access to a family pass. Now with digital passes, a pass can be shared via smartphone with any extended family or friends within your purchased allotment (4, 6, or 8 people).
