It is an honor to have the opportunity to serve the School District of Milton students, families, and staff. I started my educational career in 2003 after completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Broad-field Science Education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I was a science teacher in Westby, Wis., for 2 years. My family and I then moved to Beloit, Wis., in 2005 where I taught Chemistry, Physics, and Biology at Beloit Memorial High School I also coached boys volleyball, girls softball, and youth hockey for several years during my time in Beloit. In 2009, I received my Master’s Degree in Education and Professional Development from UW-L and I later obtained my administrative license from Concordia University. In 2015, I had the opportunity to work as assistant principal at Fruzen Intermediate in Beloit, and later in 2016, I served as principal at Fruzen Intermediate. While I enjoyed my time at the younger level, I have always had a passion for working in a high school, so I found my way to Milton High School as associate principal in July of 2019 and I look forward to many years of serving this great community. My wife and I, along with our two sons and daughter, have lived in Beloit since 2005. When I am not at school, I enjoy golf, volleyball, the outdoors, and woodworking.
