Milton High School students enjoy a wide variety of career exploration opportunities that include field trips, internships, and job shadows to various employers. Field Trips
Manufacturing Day: October 3rd and 4th, 2019
- Students tour two Rock County companies and then tour the Blackhawk Technical College Milton Manufacturing Center.
Healthcare Day: November 7, 2019
- Students tour a Rock County medical facility, attend a health career fair with speakers and booths and then tour Blackhawk Technical College-main campus Health Sciences department.
Milton High School Job Fair: April, 2019
- MHS works with the Rock County Job Center in hosting over 45 businesses that are offering both full-time and part-time employment opportunities.
Milton High School Trades Fair: April, 2019
- The Building Trades Council of South Central Wisconsin teams up with MHS to offer the Trades Fair. Students are able to interact with over 15 different trades groups to learn about what work they do and how they can enter an apprenticeship in the trades. This is a hands on event where students get a close up look at what each trade area does.
