Letter of Recommendation Requests

Letters of Recommendation are often required for scholarships and some university applications. The only UW system school that requires a letter of recommendation is UW-Madison. Some private universities and out of state colleges may require one or more (see the school’s admissions website page). Click on the link below to begin your Letter of Recommendation Request Form. A completed, detailed form will help your recommender write an even stronger letter for you. Plus it will help communicate when you need it by and what the letter is for. It is polite to give your recommender at least a two-week notice. After completing the Google form share the doc with your recommender.
