District Home

Regular meetings of the Board of Education are held on the second and fourth Mondays of every month, unless otherwise noted. Meetings typically begin at 6:30 p.m. at the District Office in the PDC meeting room. Agendas are posted in the Milton Courier as well as on this web site prior to each meeting.The public is welcome.

Wilson Y. Leong

Biographical Information

Wilson Leong was born in Janesville, Wisconsin. He has been a Milton resident for 30 years. He and his wife Kathy, who have been married for 38 years, have two sons who are both graduates of Milton High School. Eric is 33 and Alex is 30. Leong graduated from Janesville Craig High School in 1968. In 1972, he earned a Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Madison. Leong retired from the Janesville Gazette after a 28-year association with Bliss Communications. Mr. Leong ran for state assembly in the 43rd Assembly District in 2002. In August of 2009, Leong accepted an appointment as Athletic Director for the University of Wisconsin-Rock County. He is also a certified WIAA Basketball & Volleyball Official.

Biographical Information

Jon graduated from Milton High School and has lived in Milton for 46 years. He and Sue have been married for 42 years. Sue is a lifelong resident of Milton. They have two adult daughters, both graduates of Milton High School and living in the Milton area. Jon earned a BA from Milton College and an MS from UW-Whitewater. Jon taught junior high school for 7 years on graduation from college. He has enjoyed 30+ years working in corporate Human Resources.

Biographical Information

Robert Roy is married and has two children in Milton schools. Rob earned a BS degree from UW-Stevens Point, his teaching certification from UW-Oshkosh, and his Master's Degree from UW-Whitewater. Rob is currently an Educational Technology Consultant - Senior Project Manager with AT&T

Biographical Information
Janet was born and raised in Oregon, WI, and graduated from UW-Whitewater in 1986 with a BSE in Elementary Education, Math minor and General Business minor. Janet currently serves as the Director of the Office of Field Experiences at UW-Whitewater. She has a 17-year-old daughter who is a senior at Milton High School. She and her daughter have made Milton their home for the past 5+ years.

Janet has been a professional educator for almost 27 years.

Biographical Information

Betsy attended Milton schools, graduated from Milton High School in 1976, and has lived in Milton most of her life. She attended UW-Whitewater as an Education/Communications major. Having worked in the Human Resources and Organizational Development/Training fields for over 20 years, she is currently an independent Human Resources consultant. She and her husband Wayne (who is also a Milton High School graduate) have one child, Ryne, who graduated from Milton High School in 2003. Ryne graduated from the University of Minnesota and currently resides in Minneapolis.

Biographical Information
Bob is married to Marci Cullen. They have three children; Kaylee and Courtney attend UW-Madison and Claire is in 8th grade at Milton Middle School. Bob was born and raised in the Milton area. He is a 1979 graduate of MHS and attended K-12 all in the Milton school system. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from UW Madison in 1983. Bob is Vice President and on the Board of Directors at the Bank of Milton.

Biographical Information
I have lived in Milton most of my life and am a graduate of Milton Union High School. I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Milton College in Secondary Education. I have three adult children, all Milton High School graduates. I retired from General Motors as Administrator of UAW-GM Education Center. I am married to Jewelie.
