Staff no longer need to login to send a helpdesk ticket.
Please include the following information:
Subject Line = Describe the issue
Message Body = Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing
Please include the following details:
Your full name
Building and room number
Fixed Asset number from the computer
A detailed description of the issue with any troubleshooting steps performed
