To create a HelpDesk ticket, simply send an email to helpdesk @ milton.k12.wi.us. Staff no longer need to login to submit a work order.
Please include the following information:
Subject Line = Describe the issue
Message Body = Provide a detailed descrription of the issue you are experiencing
Please include the following details:
Your full name
Building and room number
Fixed Asset number from the device
A detailed description of the issue with any troubleshooting steps performed
