To create a HelpDesk ticket, simply send an email to helpdesk @ milton.k12.wi.us. Staff no longer need to login to send a helpdesk ticket.
Please include the following information:
Subject Line = Describe the issue
Message Body = Provide a detailed descrription of the issue you are experiencing
Please include the following details:
Your full name
Building and room number
Fixed Asset number from the device
A detailed description of the issue with any troubleshooting steps performed
To check on the status of your Help Desk tickets, log in to the Web Help Desk system with your username and password.
